Just brought this milk skin toner for the second time. I'm absolutely obsessed with it. It feels so hydrating on the skin, works fantastic under makeup. I use it in the morning and the evening. It's an essential to my skincare routine.

This has been a game changer for my makeup. Its quite a thick formula so I use it sparingly and in thin layers. But applying this toner only in the morning under my makeup let's my makeup glow without drying out or getting oily.
