Formulated with 80% Ginseng Root Water – a classic ingredient in traditional Korean “hanbang” skincare; one of the most important kisaengs of the Joseon dynasty, Hwang Jin-yi, loved to bathe in it! – this toner slows the loss of collagen in the skin, helping it to look plumper and more elastic, while also delivering intense hydration, brightening the skin tone, and softening the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. 2% Niacinamide also helps to tackle dullness, as well as balancing the skin’s natural oil:water ratio to control sebum levels and calm the complexion.
