1. Gently wipe the embossed side of the pad across the face, concentrating on areas where the skin is congested.
2. Turn the pad over and wipe the smooth side over skin to calm irritation and provide hydration.
3. Pat in any residual moisture.
4. Follow with the essence of your choice.

Alternatively, apply these pads as a sheet mask.

1. Remove the desired number of pads from the packaging.
2. Apply to the areas of your face you wish to treat (such as the cheeks and forehead).
3. Leave on for 10-15 minutes.
4. Remove and discard the pad(s); pat any excess moisture into your skin.
