With a gentle and light-weight formula, this serum is suitable for all skin types, even sensitive skin.

This serum cannot be used together with  Vitamin C, AHA or BHA.

How To Use

  1. Apply after cleansing, toning, and essence.

I like the product it self, makes my skin feels super soft and moisturised. But it feel like I got almost empty bottle very unsatisfied with it considering how much it cost.

Great product

I have used retinol before so my skin didn't need much of an introductory to it so I use it twice a week and it's such a gentle retinol, I really do like it and I've actually noticed a difference to some lines I have on my forehead! I'm definitely keeping it in my routine.

Great product just small issue

I love this retinol it goes onto my skin so nicely I love the texture of it, it’s not like the other ones I had which feel like olive oil and left my face so greasy. The only issue I have that I can’t get any product up with when squeezing the pep (sorry don’t know what to call it) and turns to the point where I have to poor it onto my hand which takes a while, I don’t know it’s a manufacture issue or it’s all like that but overall I do love the product

Night time

I slowly started using this since my skin is sensitive, so first every third day to secnond and now every night. It is a very active serum so as soon as I apply it I can feel it but I can also see the result. I love how this just smoothes out my skin and how little it takes to cover all of my face and neck. This product will last! A new favorite after some getting used to it.

General Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we do not offer returns for international orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@skincupid.co.uk and we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that customers will be covering the return shipping cost.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us and include photos immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
