After doing some research i saw this was good for oily/acne prone skin. I read it was quite strong so was not recommended to use daily, so been using it roughly every 3/4 days (twice a week). Really noticed less breakouts and clearing out of spots a lot quicker than usual

I have been using these pads for a long time and i have seen so many good results. It may take time for your skin to adjust to it so if it purges keep going and dont stop because it will eventually become better. For the first time using it make sure to use it 1-2x a week and then gradually increase the use. Absolutely adore these pads but trust the process. I broke out at first due to purging but continued to use it and now my skins so much better. Keep going and trust the process.
