After cleansing and toning, apply this essence generously to your face and body as the first hydrating step in your routine.

1. Dispense a generous amount of essence onto clean palms.
2. Press and pat gently into your face and neck, working across your skin until fully absorbed. The cooling sensation indicates moisture is penetrating effectively.
3. For an intensive hydration boost, layer the essence two to three times, allowing each application to absorb before the next.
4. As a DIY face mask: soak a cotton pad or sheet mask in the essence and leave on the skin for approximately three minutes, then pat in any remaining product.
5. For the body: apply directly to skin after bathing, showering or sun exposure, patting in until absorbed.
