How To Use

  1. Scoop a pea sized amount of balm using the spatula in the package

  2. Gently massage the balm onto dry skin using fingertips

  3. Rinse with warm water and pat dry

I first tried this cleansing balm when I received it as a sample from the pop up shop, I love it so much I had to buy the full sized one ! Melts like butter onto the skin and removes makeup easily, it leaves your skin feeling soft and refreshed. Would 100% recommend to anyone who has sensitive skin <3

General Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we do not offer returns for international orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@skincupid.co.uk and we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that customers will be covering the return shipping cost.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us and include photos immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
